I weighed myself today. 163. Ouch. This means I’ve gained 10 lbs since September. I’m super disappointed in myself. I think the best thing to do right now is not to freak out and jump to conclusions about gaining everything day. No, instead I’m going to take a good look at what has changed in my life to bring me here and find a way to fix it.
I’m going to make a list of unhealthy eating habits later on, so I can figure out where to start with cleaning my diet out.
I will be better! I know I’ve made posts like this before, but I’m ready to change!
